Terms
The terms for using this website and for working with us. Short, because we like things that way, but they are the agreement between us.
Last updated: 5 July 2026.
1. These terms
This website is operated by (“Prometheus,” “we”). By using it you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. What the site is
This is our studio's marketing site: information about our services and a way to contact us. Nothing here is a binding offer on its own. A project begins only with a written agreement between you and us.
3. Services & pricing
Our tiers and the prices shown on the Services page are billed per year in euros and cover hosting, a mailbox, and ongoing upkeep. Some Forge and Beacon features carry pass-through third-party costs (for example payment processing or an email provider), which we tell you about up front. Prices may change for future terms; we'll always give notice before a renewal.
4. Term, renewal & leaving
Each engagement runs per year and continues only when you renew for the next term. If you choose not to renew, your site comes offline at the end of the paid term. What's yours goes with you: your domain stays yours to move, and if you ask us we hand you an export of your data (your enquiries and customer records) to take along.
5. Your responsibilities
Any text, images, or material you give us for your project must be yours to use, lawful, and free of others' rights. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish through us. We may decline or stop work that is unlawful or that we can't deliver to our standard.
6. Intellectual property
The Prometheus name, logo, and the content of this site are ours. When your project is paid in full, you own the content you provide and the data the site collects for you: your text, your own images, your enquiries and customer records. If you leave, ask us and we hand you an export of that data to take with you. You do not acquire ownership of the site's underlying code, or of any stock images, video, fonts, or other third-party material we license for it; those are provided for use on your site under our licence, not transferred to you. We keep the right to reuse our underlying tools, components, and know-how, and to mention the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. No warranty, limited liability
We build carefully and stand behind our work, but the site is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the term in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and where you are based in Greece, by Greek law to the extent it applies. Disputes go to the competent courts there.
